Sauté an onion-coconut paste in oil and add 2 tbsp SoilRoots Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa Masala. Add cooked mutton stock, salt and water as required. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the rassa develops its characteristic deep red colour, bold aroma and fiery flavour.
