Deeply rooted in Kolhapur, our story begins with time-honoured recipes inherited from our grandparents — recipes shaped by generations of culinary wisdom, traditional ingredients, and authentic methods. Our engineering experience brings precision, consistency, systematic thinking, quality, and continuous improvement to this treasured heritage.

Abhijit leads the day-to-day management and operations of SoilRoots and is the driving force behind our recipes, production, and manufacturing. With deep knowledge of chillies, spices, traditional formulations, machinery, and automation, he brings together generations of culinary wisdom and modern production practices. As the custodian of our inherited recipes, his focus is on maintaining authenticity, consistency, quality, and efficiency in everything we create.
