Signature Recipe: Poha Chivda
Roast 500 g thin poha until crisp. Fry peanuts, roasted gram, curry leaves and green chillies separately. Mix everything with 2 tbsp SoilRoots Chivda Masala and a little sugar if desired. Toss well on low heat, cool completely and store in an airtight container.
